Property Genie provides online Owner & Tenant statements.

Owner Statements

When Owners Log in to your new PG generated website, they will be greeted by a photo of their Property manager, with their direct contact information. An email link provides a quick and easy method for communication with their Property Manager. They will also find a history of all of their owners' statements for the last 12 months and their most recent 1099's for year-end tax preparation. Online owner statements puts an end to costly and time consuming paper statements.

Tenant Statements

When Tenants Log in to your new PG generated website, they will be greeted by a photo of their Property manager, with their direct contact information. An email link provides a quick and easy method for communication with their Property Manager. They will also find a history of their account charges and payments for the past 12 months. If enabled, Tenants have the option to make payments through their online account center.

Tenants can also use the Property Genie provided online work order request form to request work or service at their location. Online Tenant services puts an end to costly and time consuming paper statements.
