Property Genie has an integrated Email System that allows for individual or blast email communications. Furthermore, the system stores every communication in the contact notes for future reference and historical record keeping.
Property Genie provides the ability to easily and effectively communicate with one or all of your clients. Choose a single Owner or Tenant to send an individual email. Alternatively, Property Genie allows you to select all Owners, Tenants, or Vendors at one time to send a blast email. This makes communications simple and effective. The screen shot below shows the email screen for emailing tenants. As you can see, you can select to email an individual tenant, a tenant from a particular property, tenants assigned to a particular property manager, or tenants by lease status whether current, evicted, or future.
